These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the metro4d platform, including all gaming, sports betting, bonus, and account services. Please read this document carefully. By registering an account or accessing metro4d, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Key Commitments
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and metro4d (hereinafter referred to as "metro4d", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), operating the website accessible at https://metro4d.cam and any related subdomains or applications.
By accessing the metro4d website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a wager, or using any service offered through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Important Notice: metro4d is an online entertainment platform offering casino games and sports betting services. This Platform is intended solely for recreational use by adults. All gambling activities carry financial risk. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose.
metro4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all Players to review this Agreement regularly.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings assigned to them below:
Age Restriction β 21+ Only: metro4d strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 years. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on metro4d, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
metro4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in Account closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the metro4d Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual β whether under the same or different identity details β constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, metro4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout their use of the Platform. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restriction, or permanent closure.
Prior to processing the first withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary, metro4d may require Players to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
metro4d will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account β whether authorised or otherwise β is your responsibility. You must notify metro4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week at metro4d's discretion, and may vary by Player verification tier.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements, and compliance with these Terms. metro4d reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional security checks. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified method in the Player's own name.
metro4d operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transaction volumes. metro4d reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notification to the Player.
All bonuses and promotions offered by metro4d are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. metro4d reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already made a qualifying deposit in reliance on the offer.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Balances are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount received. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion β slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10β20%.
While a Bonus Balance is active, Players must not place individual bets exceeding RM 25 per bet (or such other amount specified in the individual promotion terms) using Bonus Balance funds. Placing bets above this cap constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived therefrom.
All Bonus Balances that remain active (i.e., where Wagering Requirements have not been fulfilled) will expire and be forfeited upon the expiry date stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard expiry windows range from 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of their active bonuses.
metro4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal risk; use of prohibited betting patterns identified in promotion-specific terms; and collusion between Players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, metro4d reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
All games available on metro4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for statistical fairness and randomness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term theoretical returns across millions of game rounds.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session β including server outages, disconnections, or software errors β the relevant game round may be voided, and any unsettled bets may be returned to the Player's Account at metro4d's discretion. metro4d is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Where a game result is disputed, the outcome recorded in metro4d's server logs shall constitute the official result, unless a material technical error can be demonstrated. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game session.
Game Availability: metro4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or temporarily suspend any game at any time without prior notice. Where a game is removed while a Player holds an active Bonus Balance linked to that game, metro4d will make reasonable efforts to identify a comparable alternative or credit an equivalent amount.
Sports betting markets on metro4d cover a wide range of competitions including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform.
A bet is only accepted and confirmed once metro4d has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Pending bets that have not received confirmation are not binding on metro4d. metro4d reserves the right to decline any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds (a "palpable error"), metro4d reserves the right to void any affected bets placed at the erroneous price, irrespective of whether the bet has already been confirmed.
In-play (live) bets placed after the relevant event has concluded, or after a material event (such as a goal, dismissal, or injury) has occurred but before odds have been adjusted, may be voided at metro4d's discretion. The outcome of any disputed live bet shall be determined by reference to metro4d's official data feed records.
Bets may be voided where: the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; where both teams or participants are managed by the same entity; or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or result manipulation. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the metro4d Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within one (1) business day. During a self-exclusion period, metro4d will use reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded Player does not receive promotional communications.

metro4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
Upon permanent Account closure for cause, metro4d may, at its sole discretion, withhold any Bonus Balance. Any verified Real Money Balance (net of applicable charges) will be returned to the Player via the payment method of record, unless prohibited by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. All outstanding wagering activity must be settled before a closure request is processed.
All content on the metro4d Platform β including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and audiovisual materials β is the exclusive property of metro4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without metro4d's express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, metro4d shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform β including but not limited to financial losses incurred through gambling, losses arising from technical malfunctions, or losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform.
metro4d does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
In any event, metro4d's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the six (6) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
metro4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material β meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations β metro4d will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform.
Minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which metro4d is licensed to operate. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to metro4d's Customer Support team for resolution within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal customer support processes, Players may escalate their complaint to metro4d's formal complaints procedure. Details of this procedure are available upon written request to our support email address.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under Malaysian consumer protection legislation or applicable international law.
